IvoryPrint is not responsible for any damages of media files provided by the client. The customer must keep the original version of the data. There must be a color difference in the output devices and physical print; because the every output device such as LED and LCD produces different results.
The expiration of custom quote is 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, the customer should make the request again. IvoryPrint reserves the right to cancel your order due to the wrong price generated by our pricing software. IvoryPrint is responsible for notifying the customer of the pricing issue within 24 hours of placing the order.
The customer can request a cancellation for the order. If the order was shipped, it could not be canceled, and there would be no refund. Below are the stages and fees for canceling the order.
1) Within 24 hours of placing the order. (10% of the invoice)
2) During the production of customer's order (50% of the invoice)
3) The ordered product is ready, but not yet shipped. (80% of the invoice)

If the customer receives an order that does not meet his/her specifications, IvoryPrint will reproduce and ship the order; the customer cannot request a refund. The re-production of your order does not apply to errors in the design file provided by the client, low resolution images, missing fonts or any correction that is not mentioned at the time of proof-reading the digital samples. There must be a color difference in the output devices and physical print; because every output device such as LED and LCD produces different results.
Our pricing software generates prices in US dollars. If you need a quotation in another currency, you can contact IvoryPrint for more information. IvoryPrint accepts all primary payment methods: Wire Transfer, Check, PayPal, and Credit Cards. Production of your order will begin if the invoice has been paid.
